What we collect, and what we do with it
No tracking cookies, no advertising networks, and nothing sold to anyone. This page says exactly what happens to the details you give us — including what our AI assistant does with your messages.

Who we are
VectorIT is a software studio run by Muhammad Shadab, operating from Austin, Texas and Karachi, Pakistan. We make VectorERP and build custom software. This policy covers the website vectorsolution.it, the chat assistant on it, and our WhatsApp business number.
For anything on this page, write to shadab@vectorsolution.it. A person reads that address.
What we collect
We only collect what you actually type or send. There is no advertising pixel on this site and no third-party tracking script.

The AI assistant — read this part
The assistant on this website and on WhatsApp is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. When you send it a message, the text of that message is sent to Anthropic's servers so a reply can be generated. That is how it works, and you should know it before you type.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, CNIC or passport numbers, or bank details to the assistant. It does not need them, it will not ask for them, and no legitimate request from us will ever ask you for them in a chat.
The assistant only knows what is published on this website. It is instructed never to invent a price, promise a discount, or claim a capability we do not have — where it does not know something, it says a human will confirm.
It cannot read images, voice notes or documents. If you send one, it says so and passes you to a person.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches these companies only because they run part of the service:
- Anthropic — processes the messages you send to the assistant, in order to generate the reply.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to that leg of the journey.
- Krystal Hosting — hosts the website and the server where enquiries are stored.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google's servers, which means Google can see your IP address when a page loads.
We are based in the United States and Pakistan, and these providers operate internationally, so your information may be handled outside your own country.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and conversations are kept while we are dealing with your request, and afterwards as a record of what was discussed and quoted — which matters if you later become a client. We do not have a fixed automatic deletion date, and we would rather say so than print a number we do not honour.
If you want your details removed, email shadab@vectorsolution.it and we will delete them. Tell us the number or email you used so we can find the right record.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it. If you are not a client with a live contract, there is nothing that stops us.
- Stop at any time — you can simply stop messaging, and you can block the WhatsApp number.
Depending on where you live you may have stronger legal rights than these. We will honour them; ask.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only cookie we set is a login session cookie in the private admin area, which only we use.
How it is kept
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries and conversations are stored on the server outside the public website folder, so they cannot be reached over the web, and the file holding our keys is readable only by the account that runs the site. The admin area is password protected.
No system is perfect, and we would rather tell you that than claim otherwise. If you believe something has gone wrong, email us and we will look at it the same day.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
