Questions we hear every week
Our records are in Excel and registers. Can you migrate them?
Yes — migration is included in every plan. We take your Excel sheets, party ledgers, and stock lists, clean them up, and load them so you start with your real balances, not from zero.
What happens when the internet or electricity goes?
The POS keeps billing offline and syncs when the connection returns. The rest of the system is light enough to run on mobile data, so load-shedding at the shop doesn't stop the owner checking sales from home.
Who owns our data?
You do — completely. Export everything to Excel any time, or choose the self-hosted option and keep the whole system on your own server. We never lock you in.
How long does setup take?
A shop is live in 2–3 days. A multi-warehouse business with payroll typically takes 2–3 weeks including migration and training. You get a date in writing before we start.
Is the team trained in Urdu or English?
Whichever your team prefers — most trainings run in Urdu with English screens. Support on WhatsApp works the same way.
How do we pay?
